Unable to install licensed version of Acrobat Pro for Mac

I have a licensed version of Acrobat Pro from our academic institution but it's not accepting our licensed serial number. We are not able to use the online version and need to do a hard copy installation. For a few months I did have the online version but tried to delete (unable). Any help in this regard?

Hi Viperdoc2015,

Could you please let me know what version of Acrobat you are trying to install and on what OS.

Please check that you are entering the correct serial number to install Acrobat:

Find your serial number quickly

Do you get any error message during the same? If yes, then please share the screenshot of the same.

Did not get an error message other than saying it was the wrong SN. It is from our multi user license at our university.
