Hi,

It looks like creative cloud App is running on the machine where you are trying to install the products. Please quit the creative cloud App and then try to install. You can restart it once the installation is complete.

Hi Saranshkatariya,

seems to work! thanks very much but now it is generating a bunch of broken CS6 shortcuts (I have previously uninstalled all CS6 products).
