Unable to login in to Adobe Acrobat on desktop

Question

I have Adobe for Enterprise through my employer Amazon.  I used to be able to log into Acrobat on my desktop.  Last year it started requesting me to log in and  provide serial number.  I do not have a serial number as it was used when program was purchased back in 2020 to register.  It is hurting my productivity to constantly having to open the web app and upload files to edit.

@Lynda26414390v9rs It seems your organization has already provided the complete Creative Cloud suite that includes Adobe Acrobat.

If Acrobat is installed, you can use your Amazon account to sign in, and the application will be activated.

You can use the below link to install the latest version of Acrobat on your machine: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html.

Here is the link to download the Creative Cloud Desktop app to access all the CC applications: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html.

You might have to contact your internal IT team to install the apps on your machine if you do not have enough permissions.
