Unable to manage team licenses

Hi

We have a small number of Creative Cloud licenses and need to reassign one due to staff changes.  I'd previously been able to administer these licenses by logging on to http://www.adobe.com/go/team_admin.  Now, however, the link takes me through to a page where I can purchase plans - there's no option to 'Manage team' as the FAQ links describe.

Has the option to manage a team been changed recently?
