Unable to purchase additional licenses

Hi All,

 

I just recently set up a team that will mostly utilize adobe acrobat dc for our company. I've set up a couple of users and just purchased 5 licenses. How will go about buying additional licenses? I looked at the guide and it says there should be a "buy more" option in the overview page of the admin console. I do not see this option nor could I find an option to buy more licenses anywhere.

Hi @Gareth25725129c5ze,

Did you purchase the team subscription from Adobe or a reseller? If through reseller then it seems you can order additional licenses only within 30 days of your billing date. See the following article

If you are not sure or need more information, then contact support from the admin console.
