Unable to purchase more licenses.

When trying to purchase more licenses we get the following error message. Current credit card details are vaild.
"We couldn't process payment on this account. Please contact Customer Support. Payment must be received within the next 90 days to keep your account active. Until then, you won't be able to add new licenses or assign existing licenses."
