Unable to reach Adobe servers

Good day

I am one of the administrators for our department but cannot sign in. I was invited but when signing in I'm asked for the serial number. I tried the FAQ and problem shooting but nothing helps. Please where do I find the serial number. We have the Adobe Creative Cloud 6. Our IT support have tried everything but also cant find the problem.

    Serial numbers are available on the Licensing Website.. You need to be the admin for your company to access this.
