Hello,

I have a problem to reassing a Adobe Pro DC sub. Everytime when i try to reinstall on the pc it is asking for the old Adobe ID although the licence has been reassingned. The Phone support was not able to help me.

Second problem: we have an user who always gets the wrong language, it doesn't matter if its downloaded from the webside directly or distributed as an package.

Any help is welcome!

Thank You

Edwards

Are you using a serial number for Acrobat or a Named User Sign-In?

If a serial number then you can use the Customization Wizard tool to suppress the sign-in options.

Online features — Acrobat Customization Wizard DC for Windows

If Named User then just sign in with the ID that was assigned to the license.

Regarding changing the language, this can be done in the Preferences of Acrobat DC.

This is a Creative Cloud for Teams account. You need to assign the license in the portal shown and then sign in with the email being used as Adobe ID. For details of how to manage this see Manage your teams membership

    Hi,

we use Named User Sign-In, we are still waiting for a reply. Unfortunately your idea is not working.

There is also still issue with the activation of the software.

    Hi,

I am not clear what you mean when you say that Acrobat is asking for another Adobe ID? Can you share a screenshot? How are you deploying Acrobat? What type of license do you have ? Team/Device/Enterprise/Individual?
