Unable to Reduce Number of Licenses During Renewal Window

Hi Team,

I would like to modify the number of licenses under our Creative Cloud Pro Plus team plan from 5 to 3, as we are currently within the renewal window. However, I am unable to make this change through the online admin console — the system does not allow me to reduce the number of seats.

Could you please assist with adjusting our subscription to 3 licenses before the upcoming renewal on 18 November 2025?

Thank you!

Kind regards,

Balazs Varadi

I am also having issues reducing the number of licenses.  We had two calls set up with our rep and both were rescheduled.  Today our plan auto renewed with licenses we are not using.  Did you ever find out how to get your licenses decreased?  I already talked with customer service, and they said our program already auto renewed.

Hi @Renewal Frustration

Thank you for reaching out, and apologies for the delay in response.

Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that you have an active Teams subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. I also see that you have already raised a support case regarding this, and our support team has reached out to you.

Could you please confirm whether you were able to cancel the additional license successfully?

For future reference, if you need to cancel licenses under your plan, you can follow the steps outlined in the following document:
https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/cancel-teams-subscription.html#Cancelyourteamssubscription

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Regards,
^AN
