Unable to remove license

Hi Team,

Currently as an Admin, I'm unable to remove licnese from user's profile. When I remove and then refresh the page, the products returns back. Please help.

Hello,

Kindly confirm if the user is added as Federate ID or Adobe ID and you are trying to remove the user from any user group or product profile.
