Unable to revert to previous version of Adobe software

Question

In previous versions of the CC app, I was able to click the three dots and the option to install other versions of the software came up. Now it does not. I cannot find where to perform this task.

I have full admin access to our license. Screenshot attached for reference.

in the cc app, click the upper left hamburger menu>file>preferences >apps>show older apps

but this is limited to the immediate predecessor of the current.

for everything else, you must use adobe support** (and it may take a few tries to find an agent to provide links).

follow the directions (esp, step 1)

save the install file. it may not remain online.
