Unable to start CCPackager

After having downloaded CCPLauncher.exe and started as Administrator in my PC (Win7Pro perfectly updated) it starts downloading CCPackger but at the end it crashes with an ERROR Code A12E1.

Any idea?

Today it looks ADOBE has some probems, even the Chat system (in the Team management area) doesn't work...

    Solved rebooting PC, no antivirus, no tasks opened and finally worked.

    Unfortunately rebooting doesn't work for me either. Installed in a fresh Windows 10 Pro 1511 VM and still came up with this error
