Unable to use desktop apps even though we have paid licenses?

We have paid licenses for Adobe Acrobat Pro, and all of a sudden, no one is able to use them. I'm the administrator, and my own shows as "Subscription Expired" when I'm in Adobe Acrobat. I've logged into the admin panel and made sure that I our subscription to Acrobat is current and that I have a license assigned, yet it's still showing me as expired. This is happening to all our users across the board. How do I fix this?!

Hi Bani, thank for your answer i have a privat profile - all of our team members have private profiles.  the workaround was to delete  me as a user  and add then to add me again.

Hi there,

Please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:

  • Please check and confirm if you are logging in using your new business IDs, for more details see: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-adobe-profiles.html
  • Logout and log back in everywhere; you can do a global logout from account.adobe.com page.
  • Also check and confirm that your users are still assigned seats in the admin console

Hope this helps, however, if you still need help, then please start a chat or create a case through the Admin console and contact support.

Same problem at my licence I showed up as teammember and admin with a licence but I cannot  use the applications,  i only get the note that the subscription is expired.  😞

Does signing out and then signing back in help?

It'll be great if you can also share the version of the apps that you're facing this issue with. Also, ensuring that the app is updated to the latest version should help.

Similar things are happening to me. One user on my team had her CC All Apps license revoked which I had to reassign in the admin portal, and two other users have apps that are showing up as trial versions, even though they have a valid all apps licenes assigned to them.

First day back from vacation and I've been chasing these problems all day. Thanks, I guess.

Me too Adobe. I have several users saying their licenses suddenly report "Expired" after your awesome improvement to your site. Please restore things so I don't waste my time trying to figure out your mistake!
