    Hi @Modern235525718dr0

Thanks for reaching out. As checked, I can see that you have an active Teams subscription associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. Based on your description, it appears that the license is assigned in the Admin Console, but the user’s account is still showing a free membership when they sign in. I can also see that all four licenses under your contract are currently assigned to four different users.

I would recommend checking with the affected user, as this can sometimes occur if the user is signed in with a different profile or if the license information has not refreshed yet.

Please ask the user to sign out of the Creative Cloud Desktop application and then sign back in again. While signing in, make sure they select the correct profile (Business/Company profile) if prompted.

Additionally, ask the user to log in to https://account.adobe.com/plans using an incognito window and confirm that they select the correct profile (Business/Company profile) if prompted. Please check whether they are able to see the license assigned to them on that page.

This will help determine whether the issue is related to cached credentials or a license-related issue.

Please try these steps and let us know how it goes.

    Regards,
    ^AN
