Unable to view Shared libraries on Creative cloud Desktop App Win 10

Hi
I am unable to view libraries that have been shared with me on Adobe CC desktop app.
I can view the shared libaries when loged on the Website but they do not sync to my local PC.
This issue effect s two users in my Organization.
Troubleshooting Done so far .
Removed/reinstall app using uninstall tool
Logged user onto a diffrent PC
Removed licence from user account
Deleted Cloud Sync Directory
Prayed to Adobe CC Gods .
Any help would be greatly appreciated .
