Unauthorized Charges Despite Canceled Purchase Request

I previously canceled my purchase request; however, I have noticed that charges are still being made to my credit card.
This is clearly unauthorized and very concerning.

Please investigate this matter immediately and cancel any further charges.
Additionally, I request a full refund for any payments that were processed after the cancellation.

Looking forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.
