Undetected proxy server
Hi all,
I've encountered very specific issue on my client's Creative Cloud installation.
His computer is a part of a corporate network and between his OS and an internet there are two big firewalls and a proxy server. He has an exception on the proxy server so that he doesn't have to input his login details every time. He gets logged in aoutomatically. The problem is, that when Creative Cloud doesn't get asked about the proxy login credentials from the system, it expects no proxy in the way and tries to communicate over plain internet. It doesn't even bother to show the "proxy settings" pop-up window. Synchronization data come trough somehow, the folder structure get's duplicated locally, but when Cloud Sync tries to download any file, it gets stuck, because it's communication to Adobe and Akamai servers is not passing through the proxy and the firewalls.
tl;dr: Is there any way how to force Creative Cloud to use proxy eventhough it didn't detected that it's needed?
Regards,
Martin.
