Unexpected Error Received When Migrating Student Account Asset to Personal Account

The school IT department says I should be able to migrate my asset but I get this error when I hit the Migrate Assets button in the final step. I don't know how to do it because I will lose my student account soon. I have to look for an answer. I can't create a new account in Gmail because I created more Gmail accounts today for migrating my Adobe student account. Thanks!
