Unexpected Overcharge on Adobe Subscription Since July 2024

Hi everyone,

Since July 2024, the company I work for has been charged 4-5% more than the contracted amount for our Adobe subscription. There is no fixed overcharge and each month the amount changes between 4-5%. I contacted Adobe support twice, and they confirmed that they have only charged the exact invoice amount. However, our bank also stated that they have not applied any extra fees or exchange rate adjustments.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi @buraky_

Since your email address is associated with an active teams subscription, I am moving this discussion to our Enterprise and teams community for assistance.

Hi @buraky_,

Thanks for reaching out. As checked, you have an active Teams license associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query, and you are also the contract owner for your contract. You can access your billing history from the Admin Console by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Admin Console.
  2. Navigate to Account > Billing History to review your invoices.
  3. To download invoices, select the invoices and click Download invoices.

If you notice any discrepancies, we recommend raising a support case for further assistance. You can find more details here: Adobe Support for Teams

Let us know if you have any additional queries.

Regards,
^AN

Hello @Anshul_Nautiyal

Thank you for your response. I have no problem with accessing the invoices. The problem is the amount charged from the credit cart is slighly higher than the amount given on the invoice and the overcharge is between 4-5%.

Regards,

Burak
