Uninstall failed for (PRO/14.0/win64) using AdobeCCUinstaller ( Return code 2)

Using the adobe admin console I created an unsintaller for all Premiere PRO versions prior 15.0

I get the appropiate AdobeCCUninstaller and executed it. The result is the following:

I tried to reinstall it I get the error 1603

Any idea how to proceed?
