Question

Uninstalled and Now I can't install Photoshop

My organization has Creative Cloud which is installed on my computer. I've had Photoshop through this for some time now.

I started having some weird issues yesterday with the program and after some research online decided it would be best to uninstall and reinstall it.

I want to state that I DID check and Photoshop is still listed as an available app for our organization. Every time I try to install Photoshop specifically, however, it says that "Photoshop is not yet available for your device" which makes no sense at all because it was just installed on my device up until yesterday.

What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

The user jamesm65256429, along with me and a few others also have had the same issue. He posted a solution that worked for him on this thread, but per his latest post he is still having issues with Creative Cloud.

Contact your organization's IT dept for assistance.  They will likely need to create a new Photoshop package and provide you with access to it from their end.
