Uninstalling CC 2019 apps with Creative Cloud for Team membership

Hi - the short of this is that I cannot uninstall any Adobe CC 2019 apps. I have tried the Desktop Creative Cloud app, the Adobe CC Cleaner, and creating an uninstall package in the Creative Cloud Packager. Any tips? Windows 10, 64-bit

Long Story:
My subscription is part of Adobe Teams, and I did not realise that device licenses are not valid for CC2019. I installed all the 2019 apps then wondered why it was asking for a username/password - since my device is activated via my device license.

Before realising this, I tried to reactivate my device, thinking the 2019 apps would then be activated. I did the reactivation but obviously nothing happened.

Then I ran the Adobe CC Cleaner - in an attempt to delete all apps and reset my licensing. I chose to remove all.

Then I realised it deleted all the 2018 apps, but left the 2019 apps installed.

I downloaded the Creative Cloud app, to uninstall the 2019 versions. Next to each program it had the option to "install". So the creative cloud desktop app did not even realise that they were still installed.

I went to the standard Windows "Add or Remove Programs" feature. Clicking "Uninstall" on the 2019 apps launches the Creative Cloud desktop app, and the app says it's uninstalling. It even gets to 100%. After getting to 100%, I breathed a sigh of relief. But then I realised that the apps are still in my start menu. And that all of them launch perfectly when I click on them. So the uninstall didn't even happen!

Finally, I created an Uninstall package using the creative cloud packager tool. It even has the option to tick the box to uninstall a CC 2019 app. I ticked it, I ran it, the app is still installed and still launches just fine.

I simply want to run my Adobe CC apps, and I don't have the disk space to have the CC19 apps sitting idly on my desktop alongside the CC18 apps. Furthermore, I fear that even if I install CC18, my CC19 apps will still be the default to open with.

Any tips at all?? I feel like I've used all options (except for just deleting the files off my hard drive - but I don't want to do that because I know there is many registry files and other files scattered across the OS that I need to consider).
