university account
I have an Adobe account created with my uni email address, but due to the uni running everything I cannot even access the chatbot, let alone the plan that it turns out I have been paying for the last 6 months.
I have contacted my uni, who can't do anything. I can't cancel the plan on Adobe because it says I have no plan for that account.
I have tried everything I can think of to fix it, but it leads me in circles.
Is there any way I can contact Adobe about this? A phone number, email address, anything?
