university account

Question

I have an Adobe account created with my uni email address, but due to the uni running everything I cannot even access the chatbot, let alone the plan that it turns out I have been paying for the last 6 months.

I have contacted my uni, who can't do anything. I can't cancel the plan on Adobe because it says I have no plan for that account.

I have tried everything I can think of to fix it, but it leads me in circles.

Is there any way I can contact Adobe about this? A phone number, email address, anything?

Hi there,

I have reviewed your account associated with the Adobe ID you used to post here and couldn't find any subscription registered for it. As you have mentioned, you are being charged for an Adobe subscription. It is possible it could be associated with some other Adobe ID (email address).
If you have a secondary email address, please share that with me in a personal message, and I'll check.
