University Account Needs to Cancel Subscription for Trial

I have no way to cancel a trial subscription on my university's Adobe account online and now I got an email saying I am charged for $30 for renewal. I have never even used the Adobe stock trial. There is no customer care email or phone contact anywhere. Please help.
