Question

Unreachable manager

Doors anyone have any idea how to reach Adobe? For several years I have about 16 creative cloud licenses and an enterprise account with my own account manager. When I need extra licenses or a renewal,  I reply to the last email that was sent,  but then I am told that person has left the company. That is mostly what happens. I get an undeliverable-message. Probably the mail is not forwarded because communication stops here.
Can Adobe create a bit more friendly organization to keep in contact with anyone who can manage my account? I don't really care for a 'personal' account manager when that person is gone within a year.

Adobe have a special support system for enterprise customers. If you have access to the admin console with support privileges and an enterprise account, you can use the admin console to raise a support case.

Hi @pieterbree,

I am not speaking on behalf of Adobe, I am just trying to help you out. This question would better be asked to the support/sales team once you get in contact with them
