Hi,

Recently our users are unable to update thier creative cloud application.

When i install our distributed version (4.9.0.504) it wants to update the desktop version.

This is the end of Install.log:

- 3 fatal error(s), 0 error(s), 0 warnings(s)
FATAL: Fatal Error '113' occurred while download
FATAL: Fatal Error '113' occurred while download
FATAL: Error occurred in download of package (Name: KANC-mul Version: 1.0.1.22). Error code: '113'

I've verified that we have acccess to the deployment and fulfillment services:

https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

and some other basic testing at:

https://helpx.adobe.com/se/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

With approved result.

Earlier this year we made a lot of testing and verifiyng with our users that they could install Adobe creative cloud desktop version and thier applications they have access to in thier account. All worked perfect.

Now i don't know what this issue might be.

From were (DNS) will CC download Name: KANC-mul Version: 1.0.1.22 and what i KANC-module?

Thanks for your help!

regards Nicklas

Problem solved - our network technician had to allow to "send icap scanning ccmdls.adobe.com" - the issue probably was that it could not open the file for analysis.
