Updated CC apps, now I am stuck in Membership Expired loop

When I click on "Try Again" button, it gives me the "Subscription is now active. Click continue to use your product." Of course after clicking continue, it goes right back into the "Membership Expired" routine. I am the admin for our team and we are good through June of next year, so that isn't the problem.

I've seen dozens of threads like this with no solutions, so I'm hoping someone may have one now.

I have tried deleting the database, renaming LS Cache folder, reinstalling CC, using the cleaner tool, and anything else I found in the old threads.

Anyone have any new ideas that they have found to work?

Thanks,

John

Just following up for others that may have this issue in the future:

Somehow after 2 days the situation has resolved itself. Not sure if something I tried jolted the system into re-validating or if it was an issue on the server/database side on the adobe cloud, but things are working now, the loop has went away (hopefully for good). marking this as solved, but have no idea what solved it.

    Hi John,

You can also try the steps mentioned below.

    1. Close All Adobe applications.
    2. Sign out of Creative cloud desktop application,
    3. Open activity monitor and end all Adobe processes running in the background.
    4. Now open any Adobe application, and sign in when you get the prompt.
    5. Wait for a minute, then restart the application and check if the issue is resolved.

if in case the issue is still unresolved please let us know.
