Updates aren't available. Ps 23.1 and LrC 11.1

Question

Hi, updates Ps 23.1 and LrC 11, aren't available. I have still Ps 23.0.3 and LrC 11.01.

I have follow any troubleshooting Adobe propose, but still nothing. Macbook pro is late 2016,

2,7 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 16 GB 2133 MHz, Radeon Pro 460 4 GB OS 12.1. Any halp will be appreciated. Thanks. Savvas

Savvas, sorry you are encountering problems locating updates. I don't see an active individual membership assigned to the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.  What type of Creative Cloud membership are you using?
