Updating Adobe Acrobat Pro DC w/ RUM

Question

Currently, my organization has about 19 installations of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and 2 installations of the full Adobe CC suite. I installed and configured AUSST on a server and deployed RUM to all user workstations. All workstations also have the Creative Suite desktop app.

To install updates, I remotely run a command on all PCs:

"cd <folder where RUM is>

RemoteUpdateManager"

This works to update the 2 Adobe CC users' apps but it does not update Acrobat Pro DC. I receive the following message:

"<folder where RUM is>

RemoteUpdateManager version is : 2.2.0.2

Starting the RemoteUpdateManager...

**************************************************

No new applicable Updates. Seems like all products are up-to-date.

RemoteUpdateManager exiting with Return Code (2)"

Any ideas why this isn't installing?

Editing to add more info:

I have run the above command as administrator

The current version of Acrobat Pro DC is 18.011.20040

You can update Acrobat - with patches and security updates via RUM and AUSST. However you cannot upgrade it to the next version.

Only the apps listed in this document can be upgraded in this way Adobe Creative Cloud Packager apps deployed without their base version present
