Updating AUSST from 3.0 to 4.0

Can anyone let me know the procedure to update AUSST from 3 to 4?

I have moved the new 4.0 .exe to the existing AUSST folder (not sure if that is the correct way to do it) and ran the usual incremental command but am getting an error code 2

also the following lines were reported

Starting HD Workflow

Going to create download structure for HD

Could not create Folder /CreativeCloudUpdates\ACC\services\ffc\products and /CreativeCloudUpdates\ACC\products

Failed to create directory structure

Failed to complete migration.

Internal error occured.

Failed while preparing jobs

Permissions on the updates folder haven't been changed.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Disregard the "Correct Answer" and scroll to KathmanduSD's answer at the bottom.

So replace the 3.0 AUSST file at with the 4.0 version at (in my case)  C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\CCP\utilities\AUSST then run the --incremental command and remember to explicitly enter the root location of the folder that will store the files as indicated in the link above.

    Cheers

Thanks for the reply. I did follow that and am still getting the error code. I obviously don't want to run the "fresh" option as I already have the majority of files on the server. I want to run the incremental and just "add" the new folders but still getting the error listed above. I have even gone as far as creating the folders it said it couldn't. Hoping you may have a greater insight into why that might be happening.

    Thanks
