Updating without actually using

I don't have any CC licenses assigned to my account but I support numerous users who do.  And when I open Creative Cloud under my account, no matter what the status is of the apps on the server, checking for updates always comes up empty.  

It would be nice if I could update the existing apps on our server without having a license assigned to my account.  I just want to ensure the server is kept up to date with all available patches and keep from having our users get interrupted with the process of updating the apps themselves, assuming they would even try.

Just my $0.02 worth...
