Hello!

I try to upgrade several CC apps to the latest version e.g. Dreamweaver CC 2015 November 2015 - I'm not able to.

I tried to deinstall and reinstall the apps, I upgraded the Creative Cloud App too, no chance!

Please can anybody tell me what I can do now?

Kind regards

Lorenz

PS.: We purchased and installed the Master Collection CC 2015 at our school and I try to upgrade at home, so I would like to use the new features of the November 2015 release at home at in my classroom

What happens when you try to upgrade?

Do you know what kind of license you have - i.e Individual, Team, Enterprise, Device license?

I think in Austria it is called Adobe ETLA.

So we pay for each full-time employee in our school per year.

I'm not able to upgrade. CC doesn't tell me that there is an upgrade, but when I search for my version it tells me that I'm using 2015.0 (e.g. Dreamweaver CC) and there has to be a newer version from November.

Thanks, yes that is Creative Cloud Enterprise.

It may be that when CC was deployed that updates were disabled (IT admin has the ability to do this.)

Further details and solutions can be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/disable-auto-updates-application-manager.html
