Upgrading Creative Cloud 2019 to 2020

Trying to update to version 2020 without having to uninstall 2019 first.  I push the new version via managed package and it almost finishes then starts reverting all products back to 2019.  Anyone seen this before?

Thanks, I was able to figure out that Fresco wasn't compatible so it was getting hung up and reverting.  After removing that from the managed package it installed.

Hello,

I apologize as there is no method available wherein 2019 version will be removed once 2020 version is installed when installing using the package. You have to remove 2019 version apps separately when 2020 version apps are installed. It seems that the package/installation is rolling back/failed. Kindly check the fatal error code in PDApp log file.

You can use this help document to check the error codes: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html.

You can also attach the logs here so that we can check the issue.
