Upgrading Device Licenses to CC 2015

Hi,

I support several users who are using CC 2014 under per device licenses. They've been prompted by the Creative Cloud software to upgrade to 2015, however I'm unclear about a few things regarding the device license:

Do device licenses also include access to major version software updates?

If so, how are they updated? All the documentation I've found approaches upgrades from the perspective of per user licenses, who download CC versions manually.
