Upload of video is not working

I have tried  uploading a 3.4 GB video to my Creative Cloud for Teams so I can share it with a vendor. I tried uploading to desktop CC and although I am reading I have a 5GB limit, I am getting a message saying the file size is too big. I tried via browser and got a similar message. What is the issue???

    Like so many of us now, I am working from a home connection. It is stable and capable of transferring large files.


    We need more details to understand the issue/point when you are getting the error like the workflow how you are sharing the file to the vendor, using any application to share the library, the location where you are trying to upload the file.

    Hello,

    With the Creative Cloud desktop app, you can upload files up to 5 GB. If you attempt to upload anything larger, you may see some unexpected errors.

    With the Creative Cloud website, you can upload files up to 1 GB. If you attempt to upload anything larger, you may see some unexpected upload failures. 

    Kindly change the network and then try to upload the file over the cloud. There might be some restrictions on the network. You can also copy the file to Adobe creative cloud folder which generally syncs the file directly to the cloud.

    What is not helpful in a support reply is to suggest what I already stated did not work: I know what the size limits are for uploading because I spent about two hours researching issues before sending a support request. This used to be a simple process for sharing projects with vendors and Adobe made it unnecessarily complicated. I tried all of what you already suggested. What do you mean by changing the "network"?

    Kindly confirm if you are connected with the office network or it is a home network. May I know the workflow for sharing the video files?
