[URGENT] Being charged even without any plans, subscriptions or card details entered??

Hello, I am Being charged even without any plans, subscriptions or card details entered. There is nothing left me for to cancel so I think someone is using my card. I asked my card provider to dispute the transactions but they require me to contract adobe first. Please help asap as I am loosing money!!!

 

please investigate Transaction no #409307217 of 30.34 GBP taken from my Wise account on Tuesday 30th August 2022, 20:49.

 

I absolutely did not authorize this.
