Hello Adobe Community,
I'm reaching out regarding serious concerns about our Enterprise licensing arrangement at Tocumen International Airport-Panama
Current Situation:
Our license administrator (Priho Group/prihogroup dot com) has notified us of a 48-hour system outage, claiming Adobe's platform is down and requires "manual reset."
Red Flags Identified:
Priho Group doesn't appear in Adobe's authorized partner directory
The 48-hour resolution timeline seems excessive for Enterprise-level support
Limited transparency about their direct relationship with Adobe
Verification Attempts:
Contacted Adobe support with limited progress
Reviewed our Admin Console but unclear on distributor validation
Questions for the Community:
1.Has anyone experienced similar "extended outage" scenarios with legitimate Enterprise providers?
2.Are there known cases of unauthorized resellers operating in Latin America?
3.What's the definitive way to verify if a provider is an authorized Adobe Enterprise distributor? 4.Recommended escalation paths within Adobe for license validation?
Our organization holds: Adobe Enterprise DEL - Aeropuerto de Tocumen S.A.
Any insights or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. We're particularly concerned about potential gray market licensing affecting our operations.
Thank you for your assistance.
