Urgent: Premiere Pro only runs with admin rights anymore!

This is so frustrating! Suddenly on one Notebook Premiere just launches when execute with admin rights, otherwise it stucks during the splash screen when loading "ImporterQuicktime.prm". We searched for any kind of solution and found multiple solutions BUT nothing works! Even Adobe Support are not able to help really but providing a list/document of useless solutions. The only solution we have not tried yet is creating another user account on Windows - but that would afford a lot of work with all the other things.

 

So: Premiere Pro is running perfectly when starting with Admin Rights - but we need to run it with a normal STANDARD USER on Windows. It worked fine but suddenly it is not working anymore - for no reason!! And any other Adobe App is starting and working fine with the normal user account.

 

So please please please help quickly! After hours and hours we are at a loss now!

 

And sorry to say, but this should be so embarrissing for Adobe!!!

I guess nobody here as an idea. But then again, this is the Enterprise software forum. You could try posting in the Premiere Pro forum, you're much more likely to randomly find someone with a good idea there. Still, I'd also recommend you contact Adobe and raise a support case.

Already raised a support case, as mentioned, but no useful solutios have been provided. Well, we can try the other forum, sure, but I cannot believe that no one here has a proper solution for that as this happens a lot, obvisiouly! @AdobeSupportTeam Where are you??

What exact version of Premiere Pro (not "latest" please?)

Many thanks for your help! It's version 22.2. By the way: also Media Encoder is 22.2, if you need to know that (but ME starts without problems). We have already tried previous version of PP (22.0) but no effect. So?
