Usage Report

Dear Adobe Support Team,

We are currently managing a license pool of over 800 seats across six Adobe products: Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Standard DC, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Creative Cloud. To optimize our license utilization and plan for future needs, we kindly request a detailed usage report covering all active users and products.

Specifically, we would appreciate the report to include the following information for each user and session:

User email address
Product(s) used
Machine name
IP address
MAC address
Last time the application was used
Date of license assignment
We understand that such data is captured in your system, as it is used to validate license availability each time a user opens an application, as well as to monitor concurrent sessions.

We believe this information is fundamental for effective license management and utilization analysis, and we kindly request that this feature be made available through your reporting tools or console at the earliest convenience.
