Hey Jeff,

I have reviewed the Adobe ID you have utilized to post here and found that you have a Creative Cloud for team subscription, to review the details of your renewal, in the Admin Console, navigate to Account. Under Renewal, click View Details.

For more details see: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/direct-business-renewals.html#Renewalwindow

Hope this helps.

Hello Percy,
Unfortunately, we do not have any tools available to record this data. Right now you can only export the list of users from the Admin console and check what all products assigned to the end-users.
Thanks,
Nikhil Gupta

    Hello.

Is there a way to look at the renewal dates associated with each Adobe product/pack ? I can not find theses infos on the admin console. Having the ability to do so will be helpfull to renew licences in time without being late.

If it's not available, how to get this info ? Through the helpdek ?

    Tx.
    Jeff.

      Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no option or tool available in the admin console to check when the user last logged in to the creative cloud app or whether they are using it. However, you can this help article which might be able to help you with monitoring app usage: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/apps/deploy-use/monitor-app-usage-with-software-metering
