User account issue apple ID

Hi all

  We have recently purchase an adobe pro license but when he login usin his email account it show nothing was assigned to him, But within the admin consoles it shows him as an adobe pro user. Any thing i can do. Only thing i notice is his account seems to be link via apple id,
