User cannot install or update Indesign. All others work fine.

Hi all! I Have a user in our environment who is able to install all CC 2015 and update them except for indesign.  It's a very strange problem, as logging into a different  local administrator account works fine to update and install.  I have reinstalled Creative Cloud multiple times, revoked and then reassigned the Creative cloud license, and even got a new computer for her.  None of these solutions worked.  There seems to be something with her account not letting her update or install Indesign and I can't figure it out for the life of me.  She is a local admin on the computer and is assigned a Creative Cloud license.

Hi, No Creative Cloud Packager is a tool for enterprise distribution. However you should also be able to do this in the Creative Cloud Desktop Application. Choose 'previous version' in the drop down menu.

Thank you, I will see if it will let me do that--I've just been clicking the install button, but maybe I need to push the arrow itself to bring up the drop down.  Thanks again!

I believe that this may be caused by a bug in a recent update to InDesign. Can you try with either an unpatched install of InDesign CC 2015 or CC 2014?

We are aware of this issue and will be addressing it very soon.

Where or how can one get an unpatched install of InDesign?  I've tried installing from CC Desktop App 5 times, do I need to download a separate source file or installer?
