User cant access apps in creative cloud even after signing in with organization email

We already have licenses for creative cloud for our organization but even when signed in under an email from our company one person still cant access any of the programs in the creative cloud, neither on mac or windows. It just tells her to request access to the different apps. For other users it works just fine so im not sure what the issue is.

@Christian331917694v58 when this user logs in - do they have an option to sign in under personal or company/school? If so make sure they are using the correct option for their ID.
