User details change when creating a new account.

Afternoon.

I'm having an issue with 1 user, once created their username changes as does their name. I have created them the same way as all the others, i have retried in both the standard cretion are and via cvs and the same thing happens. 

So i create the users as standard - *name*@*domain* along with their name Joe Blogs and licence. But when done and i check them it has their username as just *name* and their name appears as Joe BlogsJ 

None of my other accounts do this even when created in the same CSV.

Any help would be appreciated.
