User gets various error messages when attempting to log into Acrobat
Hello, I have a user who cannot seem to get logged into Adobe Acrobat. Error message is that account or password is invalid. I've deleted and recreated his account, he changed his password and he still cannot get logged in. I removed Acrobat using the cleaner utility and re-installed the software but he still cannot get logged in. Is there some place I'm not looking (checked in Active Directory to make sure his account was valid and it is; account is also valid in AWS Active directory)? Any suggestions would be appreciated!
