Hi

We have a user who has been assigned an Adobe Pro license in the console but when signed in the app it doesn't allow him to edit PDFs advising he doesnt have access to that feature.

However if we click on the signed in account and go to manage their account, the webpage also confirms they have the license there.

We've attempted a full clean using the adobe DC cleaner and then reinstalled the app but the issue persists.

Hi @fd_2715,

Thank you for reaching out. Based on your query, it appears that you have assigned an Acrobat Pro license to an end user through the Admin Console, but the user is unable to edit PDFs or access the associated features. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

In the meantime, I recommend trying the following steps:

Follow the troubleshooting steps in this document to resolve credential and licensing-related issues:
https://adobe.ly/3XhBj5q

After completing the steps, ask the user to sign in again, and ensure they select the work/school account in the profile chooser.

If the issue persists, use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove any corrupted installations. Instructions are available here:
https://adobe.ly/44u5ZEc

Once the cleaner tool process is completed, restart the device, reinstall Acrobat, and try logging in again.

If the issue continues, try logging in on a different machine to check whether the problem is device-specific.

If the user is also unable to access features on another machine, remove the user from the Admin Console. After some time, re-add the user and reassign the Acrobat license. You can refer to this guide:
https://adobe.ly/4puDlen

Hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Regards,
^AN

That's correct, the license is assinged in the console, but they cannot access the features in the app.
