User needs to login to creative cloud every time

Hi All,

 

A particular user who has a 'Adobe for teams'-license constantly needs to log in to creative cloud. It doesn't remember the user.
I read it could be because he has too many active sessions at a time. When I look at his profile I see a lot of active sessions, but he only works on the same system and the device name is the same for those sessions.
I don't know if this is the actual problem. Maybe I need to look elsewhere to solve this.
