I am leaving the Company and I need to transfer my account to another individual in the Company.  Is that posible?

If it's a standard personal account, no. It's yours only and the company can't reassign it, reclaim its or even cancel it. Only you can do that. But it's best to arrange the company cancels it so they can may any early cancellation charge. (it's your contract so YOU will owe it if they stop paying).
