User switching from credit card payment type to corporate account

I have a user, her adobe was paid by a credit card which is no longer In use.  I added her to the corporate account and assigned her a license.  She is using the same email as the old payment type.  When she logs in, it still shows the credit card.  How do I force it to point to the corporate account?

Hi @Edie5FCE,

Thank you for reaching out. Upon reviewing the account, I see that an active Teams license is associated with the Adobe ID used to submit your query. As mentioned, you have successfully assigned a license to the user.

Please ask the user to follow these steps:

Sign out from the assigned Adobe application.
After signing out, ask the user to log back in.
When prompted, the user should select the Business Account option from the profile chooser instead of the Personal Account.

Additionally, as you have assigned a license from your Teams contract, I recommend asking the user to log into her personal Adobe account and cancel any existing plan there.

For further guidance, please refer to the documentation here.

Should you encounter any issues or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

Regards,
^AN

I have already tried the steps you gave me. I contacted Adobe support, and they canceled the personal account, and then she could log in with her Team account. Thank you for your help
