user upload via csv for more than one product

I'm trying to upload uses via csv as I have to renew the VIP Contract licenses. 
It basically works, but in the export I downloaded before I see some users having more than one product licensed eg "Illustrator,Photoshop,Adobe Captivate,InDesign" grouped by quotes.
When I try to do the same via upload... it fales telling me about a wrong eMail 😕😕

So my Question is, how can I upload users with having more than one Product licensed?

just btw. one line per product doesn't work either 😕😕
